I do not see my Troop Number:
If you do not see your Troop number in the drop-down options while registering a Girl Scout account, you should select the option "I do not see my Troop/Group number". You will then be able to enter your name and complete the registration process.
After you have completed the registration process by sending emails, please contact our customer service department or your Council office, who will assist you in moving your account to the correct troop number. All emails sent and any sales will be transferred with your account to the correct troop.
I do not see my Name:
If you were able to select your troop number, but do not see your name in the drop-down options, you should select "I do not see my name". You will then be able to type your name in manually and complete your online account registration. You do not need to contact customer service or your Council office in this instance, you will be manually added to the system.
