Girl Scout accounts:
If the first name is misspelled on the account, you can easily override it by entering a "nickname". Whatever is entered as the nickname will always be the default name that appears for the account.
If you have already completed registration before realizing the last name is spelled incorrectly on the account, you will need to contact our customer service department to have it updated. If you are in the process of completing your registration, you can simply select "I do not see my name" and will have the option to enter your name manually.
Volunteer accounts:
Volunteers can easily change both their first and last names when they log in to their account for the first time. After watching the initial training video, volunteers are prompted to enter their mailing address, and can update their first or last name at this step as necessary.
