If you have changed Councils since last year's program, our tech team will need to free your email address from the system before you can re-register with the new Council. This is because an email address can only be tied to one Council in our system at a time.
Once your email address has been freed, you will be able to go to your new Council's Fall Program website to register your account again. Please contact our customer service department to notify us that this adjustment needs to take place.
Alternatively, you could simply register a new account with the new Council using an alternate email address.
