Yes! You are able to use the same login credentials for both the girl and volunteer sites.
Please note that you must REGISTER on the Girl Scout site, and you must be ADDED to the volunteer site. You cannot add yourself as a user on the volunteer site. If you are a participating volunteer, your account should've been added by your Council or Service Unit coordinator before or at the beginning of the program. If your account was added with an email address you do not wish to use, please contact our customer service department, and we can update that for you.
Once a Girl Scout account is registered, we generally cannot change this information. Once emails are sent through the account and sales data is tied to the account, it is much more involved to change the email address. It is important to make sure you register with the correct email address from the beginning. If you did accidentally use an invalid or incorrect email address, please contact our customer service department for further assistance.
