As long as the email provider is communicating with our system, the email status bubbles should be accurate.
Opened - the email has been opened but the customer/recipient.
Didn't Open - the email was never opened.
Sent - the email has been sent to the customer.
Delivered - the email was delivered to the recipient's box.
Purchased - the customer made a purchase using the shopping link in the email.
Bounced - the email provider has rejected the email - there is a "quick fix".
Queued for Sending - emails must be validated before being sent and will be sent out in the order they were received. For Volunteers - Parent/Adult Email Campaign emails will remain in this status until the launch date of the campaign.
