On your Dashboard, you will see the "Physical Rewards” icon. When you click that icon, you will see a list of the rewards that are available to earn for the current campaign. If there is a banner through a reward, this means that you have earned the reward and can expect to receive that at the end of the campaign. If you have met the criteria for a reward, but it is not reflecting that you have earned it, it may be that the system needs 24 hours to update OR your Paper Order totals are not being applied due to these not being considered for rewards until the end of the campaign. This is due to these totals being adjustable until the initial order is submitted.
